ROI QuickStart FAQ

The ROI QuickStart helps you execute the StoryBrand Marketing Roadmap within HubSpot's all-in-one marketing and sales platform. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions about the ROI QuickStart. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Let us know by filling out the form on this page.


Yes! We have upgraded the ROI QuickStart so it now includes the development and implementation of your new website content and framework. Your new website will be developed in HubSpot.  

During the first month of our engagement, we will help you determine which of your pages will be the five most advantageous for our team to create. 

We provide you with .PSD files for website pages and Google Docs (or Word Docs) for the content. All files are packaged and delivered in a single, easy-to-use folder.

The assets we provide you can be placed in HubSpot. Learn more about why we require HubSpot, here.

We will provide you with website design files and documentation that outline specific functionality that should be present on the website and how the fonts should be formatted. The ROI QuickStart also includes a Brand Style Guide you and any current or future vendors can follow to ensure consistency and accuracy.

We’re afraid not. One of the benefits of the ROI QuickStart is the additional BrandScript coaching you receive. Our entire team is StoryBrand Certified; plus, we have StoryBrand Certified Copywriters on staff to ensure your content is concise and connects with customers.

Even if you have already created a BrandScript, it’s essential for our team to review it to see if there are areas that can be improved upon or clarified. Additionally, it’s beneficial for our team to review your BrandScript so we can get to know your business and your customers. This helps us create content that will produce stronger, more qualified leads!

With the ROI QuickStart, you receive three meetings dedicated to creating and/or polishing your BrandScript. You can choose one BrandScript. We suggest choosing your company’s Overall BrandScript.

Absolutely! That is our CMS of choice. We're also a HubSpot Platinum Partner. Learn more about our HubSpot experience and certifications, here.

No. We do not build pages in Wordpress or any other CMS. That said, if you use HubSpot or want to start using HubSpot (which we highly recommend), we can build the pages in its CMS.

We follow StoryBrand for all of our clients, so the number of projects we’ve StoryBranded is constantly growing. We began implementing StoryBrand in the fall of 2016 and have educated all of our clients — existing and new — on the benefits of StoryBrand. We have helped more than 30 full-time clients and ROI QuickStart clients clarify their message. 

In addition to our ROI QuickStart, we provide a full suite of marketing services on a retainer basis, in which we follow StoryBrand for all marketing materials, from webpages and email nurturing series to blogs and social media. 

In 2017, we created the ROI QuickStart to merge the storytelling marketing benefits of the StoryBrand Framework with the sales and automation features of HubSpot. As of this year, we have completed almost a dozen ROI QuickStarts for businesses of all types and sizes.

With the ROI QuickStart, we will execute the Roadmap quickly (in just 120 days) and execute the Roadmap right (we’re all StoryBrand Certified), so you get results faster.

In addition to BrandScript coaching, creating your templates and developing content, we like to get to know your business and the key decision-makers who will be involved in the process. That way, we can make sure your message is not only clear but also accurate. 

We also want you to be a part of the process! We find many of our clients enjoy learning about StoryBrand and HubSpot so they can continue to properly use it once the ROI QuickStart project has concluded.

Of course! They will have good insight and be able to help execute the pieces passed along to them in the future.

Many times, we can repurpose existing content to match the style and messaging of your BrandScript. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to create new content to better reflect the BrandScript so it resonates with your target audience.

We want your content to be clear and connect with customers, and the best way to accomplish this is to ensure StoryBrand is used throughout all of your content. All of your content moving forward should follow your BrandScript as well.

No, you don't have to take the StoryBrand Workshop before signing up for the ROI QuickStart. However, if you do have the resources, we recommend at least taking the online course, watching the videos, or reading Donald Miller’s book, Building A StoryBrand. Not only will this help you become more familiar with the StoryBrand framework, but it will also help speed up the initial BrandScript meetings.
